The Fine Art of Murder is an anthology of eighteen thrilling, mysterious short stories, each of which integrates crime, murder and fine art. The stories travel through time and place, through art genres and movements, while incorporating original characters who get up and close with danger. From the Herron School of Art to the Penrod Art Festival, from sculpting to painting, from Picasso to Monet — these stories run the gamut of the art world.

Between each short story is a fact sheet highlighting some of Indiana's most renowned artists and their work. Discover pop art, the famous LOVE sign by Robert Indiana, the controversial beauty of street art, and the impressionist landscapes of William Forsyth.

Dive into these stories and you'll find them as enjoyable as a well-crafted art work: vibrant, unique, thought-provoking and captivating.
